4.7 Installation of the Reﬂux Glass Assembly

All glassware used must be intact, with no signs of cracks,

spreading impact marks, or other damage. Inspect the glass-

ware visually before installing it.

s &IXTHEREmUXDISTRIBUTIONHEAD햲 in position on the gear

head using a DN 70 EasyClamp connection.

s &ITTHECOOLINGWATERHOSENIPPLES햳 to both coolers 햴.

s )NTRODUCEBOTHCOOLERS햴, together with the cooler hol-

ders 햵, into the pivoting clamps 햶 and connect them to

the distribution head (2 x DN 40 EasyClamp connections).

s !LIGNTHECOOLERS햴 in a vertical position and ﬁx in place

with the pivoting clamps 햶.

s 3CREWTHESHUTOFFTAP햷 into the distribution head 햲

and tighten it ﬁrmly.

s )NSERTTHEINLETTAP햸 into the distribution head and tighten

the SVL 30 nut.

s 0LACE THE CONDENSATE COOLER 햹 on the drip tray and

connect it using the EasyClamp connection. Fit the con-

necting pipe 햺 between the condensate cooler and the

distribution head 햲 and secure it (2 x DN 25 EasyClamp

connections).

s 3CREW THE TEMPERATURE SENSOR 햻 into the distribution

head 햲.

s 4IGHTENALL%ASY#LAMPCONNECTIONSEVENLYANDINPARALLEL

s 4URNTHEPOSITIONINGNUTTORAISETHEmASKSUPPORT#ONNECT

the receiving ﬂask to the condensation ﬂask.
